The aim of the course:
The course aims to teach students the legal infrastructure of individual labour relations by addressing issues such as the elements, types, validity and termination of the employment contract.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Will comprehend the basic concepts of labour law and will be able to express legal disputes related to individual labour law.8,91,
LO - 2 : Will be able to apply legal norms and principles to existing labour law disputes and will be able to analyse labour law disputes.8,91,
LO - 3 : Discuss the establishment, working and termination processes of labour relations, evaluate the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees and employers8,91
LO - 4 : will be able to question and evaluate the termination of the labour relationship, especially through termination and job security issues8,91,

Contents of the Course
The course content will examine in detail the establishment, working and termination of the individual labour contract between the employee and the employer. The rights and obligations arising from the labour contract, the regulation of work and public law regulations protecting the employee will be emphasised. In addition, the legal consequences of the termination of the employment relationship and job security issues will also be discussed.
