The aim of the course:
By focusing on the basic principles, legislation and practices of the social security system, it aims to enable students to have knowledge in this field and to be able to analyse and solve the legal problems they will encounter.

Contents of the Course
The course will cover in detail the scope of the social security relationship carried out by the Social Security Institution, including contributions, short and long term social insurance schemes, general health insurance and unemployment insurance. In addition to Law No. 5510, comparative analyses will be made with previous laws such as SSK, Bağkur and Emekli Sandığı, and the legal regulations of the legislation and practices for the insured and the Social Security Institution will be discussed.
